We hired Newhouse and Sun for our recent extensive remodeling project – and it was the single best decision we made! Dave Newhouse took the time to work closely with my wife and myself from beginning to end, making very sure to understand our needs and specific requirements of the project. He carried through the permitting process seamlessly, working with town officials to obtain all the necessary permits. The town officials specifically complimented Dave on his working relationship with them. When unexpected situations arose during the project, as they always do, Dave was there to smooth out the bumps in the road and keep things moving. The amount of time that Dave spent at our job site was impressive – he is truly a ‘hands on’ general contractor. Most of all, Dave Newhouse represented our interests throughout the project. An excellent example of this is when a minor mistake was made in framing (door hung the wrong way), which we did not notice. Even though it was going to cost him to rectify the situation, Dave called the mistake to our attention and promptly.
